Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by GlobixCart, including web development, design, and digital solutions. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Project Cancellation by the Client

If you decide to cancel a project after work has commenced, please notify us in writing at globixcart@gmail.com. Refund eligibility is as follows:
Before work begins: Full refund of any upfront payment.
After work has started: A partial refund will be issued based on the percentage of work completed and resources allocated.
After project delivery or final approval: No refunds will be issued.
All intellectual property created before cancellation remains the property of GlobixCart unless paid for in full.

Project Cancellation by GlobixCart

We reserve the right to cancel any project due to unforeseen circumstances, lack of client communication, or violation of terms. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the incomplete portion of the project.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:
Domain registration & renewal
Web hosting services
Third-party software or plugin licenses
Any completed milestones or deliverables
Consultation, strategy, or design sessions

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or another mutually agreed channel. We will notify you once the refund is initiated.

Delay in Delivery

If delays are caused solely by GlobixCart and are not due to client inactivity or change requests, we may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion. No compensation is provided for delays caused by:
Lack of timely content or feedback from the client
Scope changes during the project
Third-party integration or service disruptions

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us directly at globixcart@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue professionally before considering formal disputes or chargebacks.

Modifications

GlobixCart reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
