4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own all custom work produced for their project. GlobixCart retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Revisions & Changes
Reasonable revisions are included as per the scope agreed upon. Additional changes outside the original scope may be subject to extra charges.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Project cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds, if applicable, are provided based on the portion of work not completed. No refunds are issued after final delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
GlobixCart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss, downtime, or third-party failures.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client data and project information as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without consent, except where legally required.
9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may use third-party tools (e.g., hosting, plugins, APIs) during development. GlobixCart is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party service disruptions or licensing policies.
10. Modifications
GlobixCart reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
